Description
The Repacker/Cherry Picker will be responsible for repacking and selecting orders of products for shipment using a cherry picker. They will be required to follow established procedures for order picking and repacking, operate a cherry picker, and maintain a clean and safe work environment. The successful candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and able to meet productivity quotas.
Responsibilities
Use a cherry picker to select products for shipment according to customer orders
Repack products into boxes or containers to prepare for shipment
Inspect products for damage and ensure quality standards are met
Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular audits
Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient and effective operations
Provide administrative support, such as scheduling appointments and managing inventory
Requirements
Physical Demands: Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for extended periods, and operate a cherry picker and other equipment.
Desirable
Experience with inventory management software and basic accounting principles.
Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures for operating equipment in a warehouse environment.
