Description
The Parts and Returns Specialist (Hybrid Role) will be responsible for managing parts inventory, processing returns, and providing customer service and support. They will be required to maintain accurate inventory records, process orders and returns, and communicate with customers regarding order status and returns. The successful candidate will be comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment, and have experience in parts inventory management and customer service.
Responsibilities
Manage parts inventory and ensure adequate stock levels
Process orders and returns, ensuring timely and accurate processing
Communicate with customers regarding order status and returns
Provide customer service and support, answering inquiries and resolving issues
Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular audits
Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient and effective operations
Provide administrative support, such as scheduling appointments and managing customer accounts
Requirements
Experience with parts inventory management and processing returns
Physical Demands: Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds, bend, stoop, and reach to perform inventory management tasks.
Desirable
Familiarity with ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems and other inventory management software.
Experience working in a hybrid role, combining parts inventory management and customer service responsibilities.
