Description
Our company is looking for a General Laborer who is at least 21 years old and willing to work mandatory overtime, including 8 to 12-hour shifts every day from Monday to Saturday starting at 4AM. The General Laborer will be responsible for repacking, labeling, operating an RF scanner, palletizing, order picking, and repetitive moving of products.
Responsibilities
Repack and label products according to company standards
Operate an RF scanner to track inventory
Palletize products and prepare them for shipment
Pick orders accurately and efficiently
Consistently move and lift products up to 50 pounds
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment
Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor
Requirements
1-2 years of experience in a similar role
Ability to operate a forklift (or willingness to learn)
Ability to work in a team environment
Attention to detail and strong work ethic
Ability to read and comprehend instructions and safety procedures
Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods of time
Ability to wear required personal protective equipment, and steel-toed boots
Desirable
Ability to work independently
Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve
Experience working in a warehouse environment
